According to new information, Kentucky will bring Greg Nord on staff to replace Steve Ortmayer.

According to new information, Kentucky will bring Greg Nord on staff to replace Steve Ortmayer.

Bruce Feldman of ESPN as well as Footballscoop.com are reporting that Illinois Tight Ends coach and recruiting coordinator Greg Nord will replace Steve Ortmayer on the Kentucky staff.

Nord is a alumnus of the University of Kentucky (1978) and previously made coaching stops at East Carolina, Georgia Tech, Louisville and most recently Illinois.

Nord is well known in the state of Kentucky for his recruiting connections in the city of Louisville which is a crucial area for signing quality talent from the state.
