Gainer signs with Kentucky

Wildcat fans had been focused on DJ Howard as their running back prospect, but it appears that the Cats landed another prospect they weren't expecting.

Running back Brandon Gainer, a Miami Central (Fl.) product, has chosen to attend the University of Kentucky.

Gainer was considering Kentucky, North Carolina, Central Florida and South Florida.
