Wildcats receiver verbal from Alcoa High star, Tyler Robinson.

Tyler Robinson, a 6-foot-4, 250-pound lineman who could wind up on either side of the ball has chosen to become a Wildcat.

A former teammate of sophomore Randall Cobb and junior Kyrus Lanxter, Robinson visited Kentucky last weekend and made his verbal commitment this week.

"After the visit, I wanted to do it (commit) then," said Robinson to the Knoxville News Sentinel. "But I decided to wait a little bit longer. But It just came out. I just wanted to do it. It just happened."

Last season Robinson was named Mr. Football in Tennessee in the 2A classification.
