Kentucky surprisingly picked up another player not for the 2009-2010 season, but for the upcoming 2008-2009 season. Donald Williams, a 6-foot-5 shooting guard from Progressive Christian Academy in Maryland is the newest Wildcat.

Kentucky surprisingly picked up another player not for the 2009-2010 season, but for the upcoming 2008-2009 season. Donald Williams, a 6-foot-5 shooting guard from Progressive Christian Academy in Maryland is the newest Wildcat.

A native of Baton Rouge, Williams averaged 19 points and 7 rebounds a game for Progressive Christian Academy last season.

Williams' stock rose significantly this summer when he was named MOP of his division at the Bob Gibbons Tournament of Champions, averaging 23 points per game for the New Orleans Jazz AAU squad.
