Phil Fulmer and the Tennessee Vols made a late run at Alcoa (TN) High's Randall Cobb, offering him a scholarship. Cobb had a decision to make, stick with his commitment to Rich Brooks and the rising program at Kentucky, or stay home and play for perennial national power UT.
