Rajon Rondo removed all doubt about his return to Kentucky when he announced that he would enter the NBA and retain the services of an agent.

Rajon Rondo removed all doubt about his return to Kentucky when he announced that he would enter the NBA and retain the services of an agent.

Rondo said that he made the decision after consulting with coach Tubby Smith, his former high school coach and several NBA consultants.

By signing with an agent, Rondo will relinquish any opportunity to change his mind and return with the team.

Coach Tubby Smith said he supported the decision and wished Rondo luck in the future. Rondo said that, after discussions with his advisors, he feels confident that he will be drafted in the first round.
