"I'm an athletic big man," said the 6-foot-5, 310-pound offensive lineman. "I'm not only a road grader, I can pull and get outside and block down field on screen plays," Harrell continued.
Like most high schoolers, Harrell is still trying to improve his craft not only for the next season, but the next level.
"I just turned 17 last week. So I'm working hard in the weight room to get stronger," Harrell said.
Several schools are in contact and Harrell is nearing some new offers.
"I hear more from Kentucky, South Florida, Middle Tennessee State, Troy, Georgia State and South Alabama," said Harrell. "I have offers from Troy, Georgia State, Middle Tennessee State and Florida A&M. I'm told that I'm real close on offers from South Florida, Kentucky, Florida Atlantic and South Alabama," he said.
Kentucky joins South Florida, Troy, Georgia State and Middle Tennessee State in Harrell's top five. So what does he like about the Wildcats?
"I really like the coaching staff and the direction that UK is going," he said. "I love the school and the town. I plan to take one of my official visits to Kentucky," Harrell said.
