Dennis Oxendine finished his season on the first round of the playoffs a couple weeks ago against St. Xavier. But football isn't over for him. He's got a few scholarships on hand, one of which came recently.
"I picked up an offer from Illinois State," said Oxendine. "Tennessee-Martin is close to offering. And Murray State is also close to close to offering. Recruiting is getting better," he said.
"I'm taking a visit to Tennessee-Martin this week and then I'm taking an official to Illinois State on the 30th," he finished.
Dennis Oxendine was a versatile performer this year with 564 yards and 10 touchdowns rushing and another 31 receptions for 408 yards and 11 more scores. Defensively he had 33 tackles and 3 interceptions as a defensive back.
FOX Sports Next will have more on Dennis Oxendine as it's available.
