Central Hardin sits at 2-1 this season with several district games and other contests coming up. Graffree knows his team has a tough road ahead.
"We got a tough schedule. We are in 6-A, and people don't know about our school. We just have to make a name for ourselves," said Graffree.
But people do know about Graffree, the 6-foot-4, 260-pound lineman. He committed to Kentucky earlier in the summer and has drawn attention from opposing offenses every night.
"I've been drawing a lot of double teams and fighting those. I'm trying to play to my potential," he said. "I just go out and play every Friday night."
Graffree has been taking up those double teams and it's making his team better. A true team player, Graffree has also played a different position and made some significant body changes for this season.
"I usually play defensive end. They put me at nose guard so that it freed up other people because they have to respect me on the line of scrimmage. I really don't care about how many tackles I make," he continued. "I lost 20 pounds, down to 260-pounds," he finished.
Graffree has gotten some calls from various schools gauging his interest, but he's solid with the Wildcats. He plans to take his official visit to Lexington in December.
