The Southeastern Conference released its coaches All-SEC team today. Kentucky had three players make the team, including two first team prospects.
Senior linebacker Danny Trevathan was named pre-season All-SEC by the coaches. Trevathan led the SEC in tackles last year and was also named All-American by several publications last year.
Joining Trevathan on the first team is junior guard Larry Warford. Warford proved to be one of the best guards in the SEC last year and could be an early entrant into the NFL after this season. The 6-foot-3, 340-pounder started all of last season and earned ample playing time the year prior as a true freshman.
Rounding out the Wildcats on the All-SEC team was senior punter Ryan Tydlacka. Tydlacka averaged 43.8 yards per punt last year with a long of 73 yards and 14 punts of over 50 yards.
